FT-MTA02是一款集微纳力学测试、微纳机械性能测试、微纳三维操纵及组装于一身的微机器人系统。高分辨力传感探针配合高精度三维移动台能直接且同时精确测得5nN~100mN范围内的微力及1nm~26mm范围内的微位移。带有力传感的微钳能对于0~100um的物体进行拾取、移动、拉伸等操纵或组装。得益于模块化的设计,FT-MTA02能和许多仪器进行联用,例如:探针台、各类光学显微镜、工业产线集成等。非常适合于MEMS、材料、生物等领域的微纳力学测试及操纵等研究。
