c.所有与产品接触的零部件材料采用食品级材料，耐温150℃以上，耐酸碱，不分解，整个阀组金属材料采用食品级不锈钢材料。
d.各阀在工作时要要求无泄漏，活动自如，各阀在关闭工作位时，各阀所控制的工作介质不能够相互渗漏，并保证阀腔以及整个产品通道与外界完全隔离无渗漏，确保阀腔及产品通道能够达到无菌状态。
e.阀腔和整个产品通道表面光滑（表面光洁度达到0.8um）接口平滑过渡，无死角，清洗后没有产品、工作介质余垢。
