Brief
YXK-160 bit type control pressure gauge use the bourdon tube as the snsitive element, while controllingthe liquid medium pressure (export switching signal), itcan indicate the pressure value.
The control and indication system are lead byseparate bourdon tube, have stable performance. Andit use high efficient microswitch, may control directcommon mechanical device.
工作原理
该仪表由控制系统和指示系统两部分组成，分别由独立的弹簧管带动。弹簧管在被测压力作用下，产生弹性变形引起管端位移，其位移通过机械传动机构（连杆和机芯）进行放大，传递给示值部件，指针在刻度盘上指示出相应的压力值。同时，弹簧管产生弹性变形引起的管端位移推动微动开关的触头产生相应的切换动作即通/断信号，这样可在设备达到设定压力时发出所需的报警信号或开、停机等控制压力的动作，将系统压力控制在所需范围内。
Operating principles
In strument is made up of control and indication system, which are lead by separate bourdon tube. The deformation of bourdon tube under the measuring pressure causes pipesport displacement, which is enlarged by mechanical transmission organizations (connecting rod and movement). Communicating to value-show components. Then the value of the pressure is indicated. At the same time, the tube ends moving caused by the deformity bourdon tube of make the microswitch contacts to make or break the signal, so it can make alarm or turn on / off the device to keep the pressure in the required range.
