瑞德RDN制氮系统说明
1，工作原理
RDN系列制氮机是根据变压吸附原理，采用高品质的碳分子筛作为吸附剂，在一定的力学效应，氧在碳分子筛微孔中扩散速率远大于氮，在吸附未达到平衡时，氮在气相中被富集起来，形成成品氮气。然后减压至常压，吸附剂脱附所吸附的氧气等其它杂质，实现再生。一般在系统中设置两个吸附塔，一塔吸附产氮，另一塔脱附再生，通过PLC程序自动控制，使两塔交替循环工作，以实现连续生产高品质氮气之目的。压力下，经过净化干燥的压缩空气，在吸附器中进行加压吸附、减压脱附。

SX2-2.5-10节能箱式电阻炉结构特点：
1、本系列电阻炉外型均为长方形，炉壳系用角钢及优质钢板折边焊接制成。工作室为耐火材料制成的炉膛，加热元件置于其中，炉膛与炉壳间用保温材料砌筑隔热。
2、炉门通过多级铰链固定于电炉面板上，炉门关闭是利用炉门手把的自重，通过杠杆原理将炉门与炉口紧闭开启时只需将手把销往上提出，肢钩往外拉开，将炉门置于左侧即可。另外炉口下端装有与炉门连锁安全开头，当炉门开启时，电炉电源自动切断，以保证安全操作。
