操作简便，用于镀铬生产车间的现场快速分析，控制镀铬槽中的硫酸含量。也可扩展为其它溶液中硫酸根含量的快速测定。由酸根离心机和硫酸根测定管（2只）组成。

硫酸快速测定仪专门用于测定镀铬溶液中的硫酸根含量，硫酸快速测定仪使用简便、快捷、误差小，不需做工作曲线，只需十分钟即可精确测定出镀液中硫酸根的含量。成功的解决了滴定法及重量法检测复杂、时间长、误差大的缺点，是镀铬工艺分析的必备仪器。仪器：

①．电动离心机（电源，220V，50HZ）

②．快速硫酸测定管四支，加塞，测量范围0.2?5g／L。

③．移液管20毫升4支　　

试剂配制：

①.3：1的盐酸溶液：3体积盐酸和1体积蒸馏水混合。

②.25％的氯化钡溶液：将250克分析纯氯化钡溶于1000毫升蒸馏水中。

分析方法：

1. 取镀铬液冷却至室温，（若溶液不干净需过滤）用移液管取上述溶液20毫升放至快速硫酸测定管内，用移液管加3：1的盐酸5毫升，摇匀，加入5毫升25％的氯化钡溶液，盖上盖子摇匀。

2.将离心管放入电动离心机内并按以下顺序操作：

检查无误后盖上面板??检查并把调速器调至零位??打开电源??将仪器定时调至4分钟位置??逐级将调速器升至1400转/分。

3.离心机到停止转动后，将调速器转回到零位，关闭电源开关。取出离心管读数，离心管的刻度值既为硫酸含量（g/L）。

注意事项：

1. 离心机应放置牢固。必须将两支离心管同时放入离心机内，并放入同样体积的溶液，否则会在高速运转时不平衡，损坏离心机。

2. 离心管已进行过刻度校验和平衡配对，应配套成对使用。

3. 测定完毕后，马上把调速器调至零位，及时将离心管、移液管等清洗干净。
